inJazz 2018: Save the date | Application showcases now open!

After last year’s success we would like to invite you for our upcoming edition: inJazz 2018. A programme including inspirational panels, workshops, presentations, networking and showcases by promising and more seasoned groups.

Buma Cultuur is happy to announce that inJazz 2018 will take place on Thursday night 28 and Friday 29 June in LantarenVenster and Kantine Walhalla in Rotterdam. inJazz, a catalyst for new developments, is bringing together the supply and demand sides of the Dutch and international jazz scene, so knowledge and experience can be shared and international relationships formed. The perfect event to successfully expand your network. Mark your calendar and make sure to register on www.injazz.nl from March 2018 on. inJazz will keep you posted in the meantime via social media and newsletters and hopes to meet you (again) in Rotterdam!

Showcase your talent
Attention to all musicians and composers: the application for inJazz 2018 is now open! Apply to be considered for an official performance in the leading Dutch jazz network event of the year, an initiative of Buma. We offer you the chance to showcase your talent for an international network consisting of programmers, record labels, managers, bookers, journalists and other significant persons in the jazz scene. We also make sure your performance will be professionally recorded (including rights). You will receive this recording after inJazz. A lot of the tracks will be broadcasted on national and international radio stations. We also stand for an honest payment of artists. The payments by Buma for the showcases at inJazz are € 250 per artist with a maximum of € 1,250 at the most for a group.
