Frequently asked questions regarding Citizen Service Numbers (BSN)

  1. Why do I have to enter my BSN?

If you do not have an e-mail address, we can send an invitation to create an account to another e-mail address upon request (e.g. from friends/family). You then activate the account in MijnBumaStemra together, where you have to identify yourself in the process. After that, you can enter the BSN in your account yourself.
